Primary Maths & English Specialist
KS2 • SEND • Confidence through practical learning
Our primary specialist brings over 20 years' experience in education, a four-year teaching qualification specialising in SEN and a diploma in children's counselling. Her experience includes supporting children with SEND, anxiety around learning and children who are home educated.
She believes confidence opens the door to learning. Through practical activities, games and an individual approach, she helps children build understanding, experience success and feel more comfortable tackling something new.
She welcomes KS2 children who attend school or are home educated, including those who need a gentler pace, help strengthening their foundations or support to rebuild their confidence in maths and English.
At RVE, her teaching will include:
- Individual KS2 maths and English tuition.
- Daytime home education groups.
- Maths Magic — small groups building confidence through games, puzzles and practical maths.
- Online and in-person support.
In-person (recommended) in the Accrington area, with online sessions also available.
